Features: The fan system comes with 2-door shutters enhanced with a damper that blocks attic air from entering your living spaces when the fan is not in use. The duct size is 12 inches, and the unit has dimensions of 12.3 x 17.7 x 14.1 inches. It provides an airflow of 1604 CFM with a noise level of only 62 dBA. Dual ball bearings are used for durability and performance.

Product Description: This is a whole-house fan system designed to keep homes cool. It exhausts hot air from indoor spaces while creating a passive intake to bring in fresh air. The included LCD digital controller allows for smart thermostat control, fan speed setting, and status alerts. Each fan system comes with 4-layer ducting, stainless steel duct clamps and grille, and a 2-door shutter to prevent attic air from flowing into your house when the fan is not in use.

Intelligent Controller: Equipped with active temperature and humidity monitoring capabilities, the digital controller allows for customization of fan triggers based on house conditions. It can run continuously or on a timer for added convenience. The fan speed can be adjusted between 0 and 10 to suit your desired cooling level and noise preference. Plus, each smart controller includes a 12 ft. corded sensor probe for accurate detection of temperature and humidity levels. Additional features include an LCD screen energy-saving mode, backup memory, and alert notifications.

Efficient Performance: Thanks to the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controlled motor, this attic fan operates quietly and efficiently, consuming up to 95% less power compared to traditional air conditioners. The fan has a lifespan of 50,000 hours of continuous running time, facilitated by dual ball bearings that allow for omnidirectional mounting. It is IP-44 rated to withstand dust and moisture, making it perfect for the most humid environments. The built-in damper uses gravity-fed shutters that automatically close the opening when the fan is not in use, preventing any attic air from entering your spaces.
