  • Wall-mounted Shutter: This shutter is designed for use in various HVAC applications including grow rooms, dryers, and attics. It features built-in rubber stoppers that dampen slamming vent blades and ensure complete blockage. The non-return thin louvers close when the fan is not in use to prevent outside air and debris from entering.

  • Product Specification: The duct opening diameter measures 4 inches, with a front plate size of 6.69 inches. The finish is a powder coat that adds to the durability and aesthetic of the product.

  • Product Description: This louver vent hood is designed to protect fans and prevent entry of dust, debris, and outside air into ducting. The shutter vent has rubber pads that repress the sound of slamming louvers while ensuring a complete seal from the outside elements. The thin shutter blades open automatically when the duct fan runs and closes when not in use, promoting one-way airflow that keeps the ducting clear. The entire frame and vent blades are made from durable, lightweight steel, able to withstand all types of weather and temperatures.

  • Applications: This fan wall shutter is specifically designed for use in applications such as garages, bathrooms, attics, sheds, and greenhouses. The round duct tailpiece is compatible with 4” inline exhaust fans, ductwork, or other ventilation accessories and can be secured using aluminum foil tape or duct clamps.
